The only thing that has changed is my upgrade to Microsoft Office when the printer started dropping. I fiddle around with off and on and rebooting the PC until it comes back. Right now I am trying to print a copy of my professional license with the state and darned the printer won't print.

I will have to back out of the state's web site, get the printer working, then weave my way back on the state's web site to what I was trying to print. I am having the same issue. I will come in and Windows will not communicate with the printer.
